In this role, you will handle both incoming and outgoing calls, providing advice and assisting customers in the best way possible. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills and gain experience in customer service in a dynamic work environment.
We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and enjoys taking initiative. No prior experience is required – we value the right attitude, commitment, and a willingness to contribute to a positive team.
The position starts with a probationary period and offers good opportunities for permanent employment. The work takes place on-site in Växjö.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Has a strong passion for customer contact and assisting customers
- Is a responsive and communicative problem solver who adapts to the customer's needs.
- Has at least a high school diploma, can communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and has good computer skills.
